As of today,  receipt of the 121-page Report to the Federal Bureau of Investigation, Securities and Exchange Commission and Internal Revenue Service Criminal Investigation, plus all materials and whistleblower filings to federal regulators have been confirmed. Additional evidence continues to surface—including legal records implicating multiple parties who believed they were protected. Silence is no longer a strategy.

Koch Granted Federal Whistleblower Status


David J. Koch is formally declared a federal whistleblower and is now protected under multiple U.S. laws designed to shield individuals who report criminal activity to federal authorities.


His 121-page report—now in the hands of the FBI, SEC, IRS Criminal Investigations Division, and the U.S. Department of Justice—includes original evidence of:


• Securities fraud

• Obstruction of justice

• Corporate conspiracy

• Witness tampering

• Criminal concealment spanning 22 years


Koch’s submission invokes protections under:


• 18 U.S.C. § 1513(e) – Retaliation Against a Whistleblower (DOJ/FBI)

• 18 U.S.C. § 1514A – Sarbanes-Oxley Whistleblower Law

• 15 U.S.C. § 78u-6 – Dodd-Frank Whistleblower Program (SEC)

• 26 U.S.C. § 7623 – IRS Whistleblower Law

• Whistleblower Protection Enhancement Act of 2012


As of today, all acts of retaliation, threats, or attempts to obstruct or intimidate Mr. Koch or his partner are federally prohibited and may constitute additional criminal offenses.
